Kimberly Smith currently serves as an ESC Region 11 Elementary ELAR Instructional Content Specialist specializing in delivering creative, engaging, and research-based professional learning experiences. During her 28 years in education, she has served as an instructional coach, reading specialist, ESL specialist, classroom teacher, elementary music teacher, and middle and high school choir director. Known for infusing creativity into instruction, she brings energy, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches to help teachers create vibrant, student-centered literacy-rich experiences.
